How we were planted...
WithU is an offshoot of a Dublin-based recruitment business Action Recruitment, which was founded by Brian Fahy in 1974. Action were one of the first recruitment agencies in Dublin and now regularly deal with the children of their first clients and candidates.
With the more recent emergence of new technology, Brian saw an opportunity to grow a new variety of recruitment agency, one that would marry Action’s proven business model and ethos with cutting-edge Recruitment Management technology systems.
The WithU model has branched its services further a field into new industries, with the help of specialised Recruitment Partners, while inheriting Action's signature passion and ethics within the industry.
The WithU system is designed to nurture our Recruitment Partners so that they can plant and grow their own recruitment business within their own locality.
